Scope of Application
The terms and conditions will apply to the relationship between the guest/client of the Hotel in relation to pre-booking, reservation, stay and end-of-stay services.

1. Pre-booking and Reservation
After requesting a pre-booking, Beira Terrace Hotel presents the potential customer with a stay proposal and a reservation code, in accordance with the requirements dictated by the customer. , feet
If the customer uses tour operators or room reservation portals on the internet, the reservation code will be different from that provided directly by the Hotel, being equally valid, but the terms and conditions are those agreed with the tour operators.soa jurí
The Hotel also informs you that reservation requests made directly to you or through tour operators are not binding nor do they oblige you to enter into a contract with the customer. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to enter into a contract and to make a room available at its sole and discretionary discretion.
Beira Terrace Hotel only guarantees the availability of a room in the reserved category and not a specific hotel room.re
2. Type of Reservation and Cancellation
At Beira Terrace Hotel you can make two types of reservations: a guaranteed reservation and a prepaid, non-refundable reservation.ito
The guaranteed reservation consists of the reservation of a room (by the client) accompanied by the provision of valid and complete credit card details as a guarantee. The guaranteed reservation can be freely cancelled by the client, free of charge, up to 7 days before arrival. After this period, the Hotel reserves the right to make a pre-authorization of the amount. In case of cancellation outside the mentioned period or in case of no-show, the Hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation. The prepaid and non-refundable reservation consists of the reservation of a hotel room, accompanied by the provision, by the customer, of valid and complete credit card details or the reservation accompanied by the sending of a bank transfer receipt for the entire price of the reserved accommodation. The total amount of the reservation will be charged immediately when the customer makes the reservation. In case of cancellation or no-show, the Hotel will charge 100% of the stay. 3. Arrivals and Departures
The Beira Terrace Hotel will provide upon the customer's arrival a room of the selected category from the date of arrival or, if the customer makes the reservation at the Hotel reception, the Beira Terrace Hotel will provide a room depending on the desired category and according to the availability at the moment, with check-in starting at 3pm. nº 4002

4. Terms of Use

The client is entirely responsible for the goods left at the Beira Terrace Hotel, having the duty to supervise them during the stay. (The Hotel informs that all rooms are equipped with a small safe).ina

5. Customer Behavior
We recommend civic and non-abusive parking. The hotel is not responsible for damage to third parties or theft occurring in vehicles.ra 22

The Hotel reserves the right to expel customers who are acting in an unfair, offensive or threatening manner towards other customers or employees.

It is forbidden to store dangerous items in the rooms, such as weapons, ammunition, explosives, flammable materials and psychoactive substances.

During your stay, it is forbidden to make excessive noise that disturbs the rest of other guests and to engage in behavior that is considered inappropriate.
Customers must respect quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 7:30 am.”),
It is strictly forbidden to not take care of and respect the hotel spaces, and penalties may be applied in the form of costs.

In the event of damage, theft or loss of items belonging to the hotel, Beira Terrace Hotel reserves the right to charge the full value of the damaged/stolen or lost items.
6. Access to the Hotel Room
Beira Terrace Hotel and its employees have the right to enter the hotel room during the customer's stay in order to carry out cleaning, repairs and similar work.
7. Price of Stay and Other Prices
The price of the stay to be paid by the customer constitutes the consideration for providing the use of the hotel room, in the period between arrival and departure. as
The total price of the stay will be charged per night, regardless of whether the guest actually used the room or not.sen
The applicable rates are the agreed prices or the price indicated in the Beira Terrace Hotel price list in force on the date of the contract conclusion.
8. Payment Terms
The cost of the stay and prices for additional services must be paid in advance when the customer arrives at the hotel, regardless of the billing date. relay
If the duration of the stay is not specified, the price of the stay and prices for additional services for each night must be paid in advance by 12 noon.
In the case of stays without a specified departure date, failure to pay the price of the stay and additional services under the terms set out in the previous paragraph determines the immediate termination of the contract and immediately obliges the customer to leave the room and hand over the respective key to the Hotel. region

9. Complaints regarding defects in the Material
The customer must inspect the hotel room upon arrival and immediately report any defects found to the hotel reception.

11.Duty of Notification

12. Termination of the Accommodation Agreement
